Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer enquiries from customers and provide information about the product;
  • Investigate complaints regarding the company’s product;
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports;
  • Walk customers through problem solving process;
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution;
  • Ensure proper documentation. 

Marketing Specialist

Skills and Competencies 

  • More than 1 year of work experience in marketing;
  • A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail for precise analysis of data;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advertising campaigns;
  • Advise on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
  • Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies designed to inform clients of initiatives and policies of the business;
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers;
  • Prepare reports, briefs, and press releases;
  • Create brand messages to improve brand awareness. 

Sales Manager Specialist

Skills and Competencies 

  • University degree or college diploma in business or related field with specialization in sales, and several years of sales experience (or related occupation). 
  • Proven ability to conduct B2B demos, build client relationships, and manage negotiations (aligned to direct selling approach in the BP). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach (Direct E-Mailing) and customer meetings. 
  • Comfort working with online marketplace monetization and payment flows (online payment + bank deposit option in BP).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate sales activities focused on growing PicIt4Me’s marketplace revenue and premium visibility services.
  • Execute the company’s direct selling strategy: personal selling via demos to high-value customers, plus Direct E-Mailing and word-of-mouth acquisition.
  • Arrange and lead meetings with targeted customers (e.g., principal franchise retailers) to secure adoption of high-end services and increase awareness.
  • Establish sales policies/procedures to continuously encourage sellers to upgrade visibility on the marketplace (Global/Region/Country/City levels).
  • Prepare/oversee proposals and sales agreements; negotiate sales terms and support closing.
  • Track pipeline, sales activities, and performance reporting; coordinate with marketing on messaging and campaigns.

Customer Service Representative

Skills and Competencies 

  • Completion of secondary school and clerical or sales experience may be required.
  • Strong customer communication skills and ability to explain services clearly (including premium visibility service concept).
  • High attention to detail for documentation and account updates; ability to prioritize and multitask in a support queue.
  • Understanding of privacy/data-safety expectations (PicIt4Me core value includes Privacy and Data Safety).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries (phone/email/chat) and provide information about PicIt4Me’s goods/services and policies. 
  • Investigate complaints, update customer accounts/case notes, and ensure follow-up through to resolution. 
  • Support users with service requests and transactions 
  • Provide clear information on platform usage and requirements (task submission/quality expectations) and escalate product/technical issues to the internal team when needed. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity logs; produce basic reports on customer issues and trends.
